1.2 Privacy policy applies to all persons who use Emeraude Travel and other services (“ services”), a website, and submit inquiries about Emeraude Travel services.

3.5 Emeraude Travel also receives personal data from other sources (eg public registers, etc.), where necessary for the performance of the contract, the processing of the data is prescribed by law or is based on the consent of the person.
IV WHAT PERSONAL DATA IS USED
4.1 Emeraude Travel may use the person's data to complete the contract under legislation without the consent of the person in the following cases:
4.1.1 To identify the person of the customer or his representative;
4.1.2 Activities for the provision of services, the service of the customer, the better change of service and customer experience, the transmission of information related to the use of services and other activities necessary to provide services;
4.1.3 For the purposes of calculating service fees related to the contract, the format and transmission of invoices and payment schedules and the exchange of information;
4.1.4 For the documentation of commercial activities (transfer of information to the performance of the obligations imposed by legislation, such as the audit obligation), as well as for the assessment and prevention of business risks and damages;
4.1.5 By e-mail to the customer on the operation, changes, functionality, new solutions and choices of services and contractual rights and obligations to send information; 4.1.6 To record and maintain Emeraude Travel and customer phone calls, with a view to ensuring better provision of services and correcting errors in the information system, certifying the declarations of intent of the parties to the contract;
4.1.7 To increase and develop the quality of customer service, to measure the quality of services, activity in use, and customer satisfaction. Emeraude Travel may combine data collected by the provision of different services once collected for the same purpose.
4.1.8 For the protection of the infringed or contested rights of the Emeraude Travel, including the transmission of data (personal name, personal identification code, email address, telephone number) to a legal or law firm and an incassociate, including a register of payment alarms for 30 calendar days;
4.1.9 In other ways, to carry out a contract, to provide services or to perform the necessary performance to protect your rights.

V WHAT CLIENTS CLIENT PERSONAL DATA WE PROCESS
5.1 For the purposes specified in 4.1.1 – 4.1.9, Emeraude Travel processes the following data:
5.1.1 Customer first and last name, personal identification code or age, email address and other means of communication numbers, bank account number, invoice and payment data, credit card details, information required to conclude an insurance contract and other services, first and last name of the client's fellow passengers, personal identification or age, heir's IP address, newsletter subscriber name and email address
5.1.2 Other data that Emeraude Travel may process to a reasonable extent and in line with the performance of the contract.
VI HOW WE PROTECT YOUR DATA
6.1 We consider the privacy of the person and the protection of his data to be very important.
6.2 We protect personal data with strict security and confidentiality rules, using organizational, physical and information technology security measures to ensure the integrity, availability and confidentiality of data in cooperation with our partners.
6.3 We ensure the security of data processing in accordance with legislation (eg General Regulation on Personal Data Protection), other personal data protection legislation and good business practices.
6.4 Data protection in each day-to-day operations is governed by the internal data protection rules of Emeraude Travel OÜ staff, according to which employees are responsible for implementing data protection measures. Access to data is only for employees who need to do so.
VII HOW WE USE DATA FOR SECURITY
7.1 Emeraude Travel has the right to use the person's data for a marketing analysis of the services and the service environment in order to determine the person's preferences and use needs under which to submit tenders.
7.2 The Emeraude Travel has the right to submit and transmit to customers electronic and other offers made by the Emeraude Travel, a partner or customer of the Emeraude Travel, with a view to ensuring better and faster access to the addressee of the services provided by pre-listed persons and providing travel support to the customer.

7.4 Providing tenders to a customer is permitted on the basis of a contract and a legitimate interest of Emeraude Travel if the person has not waived marketing offers. VIII WHEN DO WE SHARE DATA
